Method
 

Baking Instructions

  4. Bake pears in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until tender yet intact.
  5. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
  6. Drizzle honey over the topped pears; for vegan, use maple syrup.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve immediately.
