Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt and pepper.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a microwave for about 15-20 seconds.
  4. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the filling along one edge of a tortilla, roll it tightly, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray or olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
