Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Core each apple leaving the bottom intact and place them in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine feta cheese, dried cranberries, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until mixed.
  4. Fill each cored apple with the feta filling and drizzle honey on top.
  5. Place a small pat of butter on each apple and cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
