Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts, then slice them in half. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken and Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil, add sweet chili sauce, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for about 15 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through.
  5. Check that the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and that the Brussels sprouts are caramelized and tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve, drizzling with extra sweet chili sauce if desired.
